WHERE IS THE GYM?

WHEN CAN I START?

Once you've completed payment then attended an intro session you can start straight away.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have 9 sessions available throughout the weekdays from at 6am - 8.15pm, plus Saturday mornings 7.30am - 11.30am You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?

The challenge is £347 £297, this includes - 18 small group personal training sessions, a dedicated personal coach, a goal-specific training programme, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins, fitness education and guaranteed results.

AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?

No - the payment for the challenge is a one off. No joining fees, no subscriptions and no additional costs.

WHEN ARE THE INTRO SESSIONS?

We have intro sessions available every Friday evening and Saturday morning depending on what gym location you choose. They fill up fast so you'll have to be quick.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND AN INTRO SESSION?

Yes. Every new member has to attend an intro session so that we can complete a body scan, assign you to your coach, assess your movement and fitness level and show you how everything works.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
